Scoping, Preparation & Analyzing

To get the right scope based on the analysis of current processes and current project goals will contribute to setting the right scope of the ERP project right at the start and steer expectation of all deliveries.

Our services include creating scoping documents, project plans, communication plan and risk assessment. The primary objective is to set up a conducive project infrastructure for the project team to have a better understanding of the mechanics of project. At the end of this phase, the project sponsor needs to have a message to deliver to the management and employees about outcome of the project.

Mapping existing processes and identifying gaps in the business solution when compared to the customer’s requirements.

The gaps once documented shall serves as the basis for project team to find solutions or propose alternative workarounds. In this phase, it is important that all team members be trained in the mechanics of the consulting process to ensure the issues are addressed at the right place with the right audience and thereby respecting the team members’ available time for the project. Primarily, the outcomes are Gap’s, Configuration logs, Issue logs, Risk logs and Data Migration approach documents.
